Unrelenting spirit.

Ownership.

I’m naturally very reserved and place a high value on the depth and quality of the connections I form. Beneath the surface, I’m deeply curious and thoughtful about the ideas, people, and experiences I encounter.

I’m strong-willed and persistent while remaining endlessly devoted to an open mind. I hold a strong standard for what I am willing to believe, remaining discerning, evidence-seeking, and willing to revise my views when the evidence warrants it.

Much of my journey has taken place through sport, exercise science, coaching, and personal development. These long-established experiences have significantly shaped the way I think, learn, and approach growth — both in myself and in others.

INTJ

INTJ

INTJ

Strategic personality framework

Introverted · Intuitive · Thinking · Judging

The INTJ framework closely reflects my tendency towards independent thought, internal synthesis, long-range reasoning and deliberate structure.

CORE TENDENCIES

Dominant — Introverted Intuition (Ni)

I naturally distil scattered information into an underlying pattern or model, looking beyond what is immediately visible to understand how the pieces connect and where the system may be heading.

Auxiliary — Extraverted Thinking (Te)

I structure the internal model practically based on the situation's demands, whether that involves defining objectives, testing feasibility, organizing priorities, or determining the most effective course of action.

Tertiary — Introverted Feeling (Fi)

I assess whether an effective course of action aligns with my personal values, principles, and priorities, and whether it is worth acting on.

Inferior — Extraverted Sensing (Se)

I can become absorbed in the internal model and its future implications, making present reality comparatively easier to overlook.

Ni–Te–Fi–Se represents the INTJ function stack within MBTI type dynamics¹ and is used here as a reflective framework, not as a definitive scientific account of personality.²

Thinking process:

01 — Understand the system

I look beyond individual components to understand the underlying architecture and interconnectedness of a system.

02 — Adapt the approach

The route to that understanding is context-dependent; rather than imposing a fixed analytical template, I vary the questions and perspectives I use according to the problem, aiming to expose the relationships and dynamics needed to see the system more completely.

03 — Build a workable model

From there, I compress that complexity into a workable model and use it to determine what the context requires next, whether that means anticipating implications, critically evaluating possibilities, resolving a problem or organising a coherent pathway towards an intended outcome.

04 — Test against reality
The model is then tested against evidence and results, and refined where reality reveals its limits.

Coaching experience, informed by observation and adaptation.

Coaching experience, informed by observation and adaptation.

I completed around 46 hours of practical experience with Sporting 87 Trust Football Club across football and futsal settings, then returned to Howard Community Academy as a sports assistance coach. These environments developed my ability to communicate clearly, structure activities, respond to changing needs, and learn from experienced practitioners.

Adapt the approach to the person, not the other way around.

Learn, apply, seek feedback, analyse, refine, repeat.

AI Engineering Stack

A practical technology toolkit for performance analysis and research: Python, Hugging Face, Node.js, and IBM technologies, alongside data tabulation, multimodel data fusion, metric validation, algorithm auditing, error analysis, feature engineering, and explainable interpretation.
